More Money "Down the Drain"

Looks like we had a leaky valve in the master bathroom. Not too major, but I called Roto-Rooter and the valve and another valve that is the main water shut-off and clearing some drains cost me almost $500. It wasn't even that fun.

It's cold here. Verrry Cooolllldd.
