Isnt it strange the people we keep in our lives? I think I have finally reached the place where I just dont care. People that are productive, and encouraging, I want to keep around. Forget all that other mess. Being in business is a little different meaning you sometimes have to overlook a few individuals but I am talking more about personal relationships. It is not like me much anymore, although I used to not care, to air my own laundry simply to satisfy people who dont really give a shit about you anyway. To avoid going into a long drawn out conclusion and explanation, I think I will just move on for today. Things have been hectic here lately. I have a deadline to close on this house that I HAVE to meet. We did the final walk-through today and I would say it was a success. I sell a ton of new construction. Basically, I design homes so that they are more appealing to buyers. When you build so many homes in a subdivision they all begin to look alike which causes the demand to decrease. Thats where I come in. The one we did the walk-through today was a mess. In Arkansas, you dont see many stucco homes so we used stucco on the eaves. A solid brick front with stone coins, tile EVERYWHERE! On the countertops, bath tubs, spa shelves, formal dining, you name it! Gorgeous! Entertainment patios, real pewter fixtures...anyway, I am sure you dont really care about that to much. I have another showing at five today. Time to sell another one!
