still busy...
I wonder if I will ever slow down...I mean, like before I am dead?! I have had closing after closing, deal after deal, which is nothing to complain about and I am not about to! Yesterday I bid at my first real estate auction. Keep this in mind that I had it sold several times for about $200k, it is worth about $300k, and we won the auction for $177k...POW! That kicked ass! My competition showed up and my heart was about to pound out of my chest during the bidding but we wound up on top in the end. I leave for LA the 16th of August and will be gone a little over a week. Then I will be in Cleve-TOWN, TN (actually Cleveland) in September! I actually have to be in Nashville for some classes but I am going to take a few extra days and skip over to visit a few folks. I am really looking forward to it. See some old friends and meet a few new ones. You know, random thought, I would make a hell of a president...but someone would probably wind up shooting me and that would not be good. We may have to give that a little more thought. Heh! Oh well, I was online taking MORE classes and thought I would update my journal. Later.
