Boot Camp (Day 5)

Well we all survived a week of boot camp. I feel pretty good and can feel it working. Today basically did interval training -- ran a few blocks did squats, ran another few blocks did lunges, ran more did heel lifts. I can't decide whether I like that more or less than just running for 25 minutes.

EDITTED TO ADD: I forgot about a funny part of our work out -- at one point we had to do walking lunges all the way down this one block but we were tired at this point so my friend and I basically started playing red light/green light when the instructor was looking we did the lunges, but as soon as he turned his back, we walked forward a few steps before doing lunges again.

It was miserably sticky out today. So much so that when we got back from our run my mat was wet and it hadn't rained. So it really was pretty disgusting. It was also really hard to get up because I didn't go to bed until after 12:30 -- silly DC united game

The week is over, I survived, I'm still loving it. I do wonder what it will be like on Monday morning.
