(no subject)
We went to Panajachel and Chichicostenango this weekend. It was an okay trip. not as good as the previous two but I did get to see Mike's restaurant. That totally made the trip worthwhile. We went to three different pueblos on the lake...took a little boat tour to get an idea of the lifestyle around Lake Atitlan. I was super pissed that people wouldn't stay and eat in San Pedro so we could support Mike's restuarant.
Chichi, a huge mayan market, was okay but it's way too busy for me. Seriously, you could get trampled. We literally had to hold on at one point just so we wouldn't be knocked to the ground. I was about to kill some small children who were stomping on my feet and pushing me over at that point. Instead, I just started swearing in Enlish, not at them...just in general, so they wouldn't know what I was saying.
Coming home tomorrow. My dad kind of wants to visit Guatemala again after Christmas but new years is the ONLY time I really see people from my graduating class. I would much rather come here before christmas but I don't know if my fam would be able to. Bummer!
Gotta go continue on my adventures since it's my last day.
