(no subject)
Seeing Jake back on One Tree Hill made my heart smile soooooooooooo BIG!!! Seriously, I think I was glowing. Haha. A little bit, I think Meagan was equally as glowy!
I'm applying to be a TA for the kids summer camp they put on at Western. I would get to plan a little mini lesson for every morning which would give me some easygoing teaching practice and it would be great to put on my resume! Best part, $175 per week for only 15 hours of work...plus whatever you put in outside of class planning lessons. I really hope I get that! And, science tutoring for next year is a must. And, the StARs position would be just splendid! The three scholarships would also be nice so I can have enough money to do something exotic next summer. Like study in Australia or something. This summer it'll be kids and school and then kids and school again...but in Guatemala.
I'm supposed to be writing papers and what not but in order to answer the next question thoroughly I should read a bit further in the text and my brain just doesn't do boring reading late at night. I'm thinking finish the other writing assignment I've got and then hit the sack early so I can read for EDF in the morning.
I don't know if I ever mentioned it but we went to the Kangaroo farm and it was superb! Ooo! What if I have my birthday party there??? Wow, I am destined to never grow up. I think it runs in the family. Heck, look at my dad!
Also, just as a random sidenote, I had a weird dream the other day (which happens like once a year). Whitney Drake (who, mind you, i was never really friends with in high school and haven't even thought about since graduation) woke me up at 6 a.m. becuase I was going to be late but my alarm was set for 6:15 so I was a bit peeved that she would wake me up even earlier than that (because we all know that even 6:15 is ridiculous!) She then said she had to go pick up someone (I forget who it was...but another random person) and I somehow knew that she was at my house to pick up Megan (who, mind you, no longer lives here) and then go to choir. But we were definately in my room in bellingham and she is not in the WWU choir. Now, here's the real kicker! I rolled over because having this weird dream woke me up and it was, in fact, 6:00. She woke me up in my dream! How weird is that?????????
