Sean made me lunch. So I'm fixing him dinner.
I love tofu. A ridiculous amount. I know that Sean likes it, as well, so with the half a block left over from lunch, I'm making fried tofu with a sweet sauce from the Iron Chef line of bottled sauces.
I also made a bed for Rosie today. Tomorrow is her 9th birthday.

In other news, Sean and I are going to watch the fireworks at Lenox tomorrow night. We're going over to my brother, Ricky The Amazingly Funny's apartment to cook out of the roof. I'm making french vanilla tarts with chocolate shavings, limoncello tarts with lemon-vodka filling and lemon zest. I'm also making some grilled shrimp with the same sauce I put on the tofu for appetizers. Pictures to follow.
