Got in my long walk today and it was beautiful outside, nothing like being out of doors in good weather! Headed straight to the grocery store, sans list...but I was feeling brave. I'm following a low GI diet at the moment and trying to get some more regular sized meals in me and also break the sugar habit. Its long and slow and often painful.
I've had every meal planned out to the last morsel for the past two weeks and today.... I havent updated what I'm eating this week... dun dun duunnnnn I HAVE to get that done into my food diary or else it will all go to shite.
Tomorrow is, roughly:

1/2 banana
1/2 c plain yogurt
1.2 c berries
Snack
Bar
20 grapes
Lunch
Shake
Snack
2 Kiwi fruit
1/3c cottage cheese
Green Apple
Snack
Celery
Dinner
1 chicken breast
1 c S.A. Curry sauce
1/2 c chick peas
(salad) 2 cups spinach, 1/2 tomato, 3 oz low fat mozzarella
x.virgin Oil and Balsamic vinegar dressing
kk... feeling better now that I have it worked out. Tomorrow at lunch I have to plan this coming week.
Today was also consumed with shopping for a new pir of work pants and a healthy portion of time spent in Pier 1, twas fun but I did not find a cheese platter. I did get an eyeful of all the christmas stuff...must keep getting ready for christmas gifts now.
Tonight - folding laundry, getting food ready for the week and .... bed time as early as possible. I'm done worn out.
