My grandmother's thoughts on the Dark Knight Joker.
So. Meemaw and I went to see TDK today because she hadn't seen it yet. She loved it, which actually surprised me a little because she doesn't ususally like...Well, loud...Movies, lol. Her thoughts on Heath's Joker:
"He was creepy...The way he licked his lips all the time made him even creepier. And he had this femininity to him--not gay, but he was very slightly feminine. He was definitely a bit of a masochist. And his scars weren't even that bad...I guess it shows you how messed up he is."
And then I brought up how lovable he is at the same time, and she said:
"Yeah, he is. You kind of want to go to him and say, 'Did you get a hug today?' and hug him. Of course, he'd probably kill you, but still, you want to hug him."
Yeah, my grandma kicks ass.
