Help! Name that tune?

Can anyone please tell me what this is? I keep coming across it at random intervals and wanting to get a copy of it, but I dunno what it is. This is only a wee sniplet, but enough to identify the tune, I reckon :)

I can squish a large bar of semi-melted chocolate into the modem for anyone who can tell me what it is...
