K, so I got a glimpse of myself in the mirror and I am WAY to over weight right now, gross. I have been wanting to try this negative calorie diet for awhile now, I figure now is as good a time as any. I don't believe in crash diets, I believe in eating right and exercise. HOWEVER, I need a kick start.
Today is my first day and I do not see HOW I will make it a week. I made the soup that I am suppose to have for lunch and dinner every day. It's pretty good, just need to add a lot of salt and Tapatoi, mmm. I am sooooo hungry though, this wiil be SUCK.
I want taco bell.
