Last day
It is my last day here. I can't believe it has been 5 years. Wow time goes by fast. It is totally bitter sweet. Things haven't been that bad here lately, but I know I have to move on. There is no more room for growth here and I am not content with my current duties.
I still have not heard back from the company that offered me the job. I reposted my resume yesterday and got an interview almost immediately. Pros, this is a structured company with HUGE growth potential and great benefits. Cons, it is twice as far away compared to the pending job offer and is a lot more corporate which means I most likely have to "dress up".
So what do I do? I have an interview with the bigger company today at 3. I'm not sure how long they will wait to offer me the job, if they do. SO, do I follow-up with the company that offered me the job about my start date (which is suppose to be Monday) or do I tell this company today that I would need an answer soon because I was offered another job? hmmmmm
Busy BUSY day. Once I leave here I have to go home and change for this interview, come back home and bake a cake for Chrissy, then go to Chrissy's party. Tomorrow is Matt's sisters party. I have already made the dip and gotten her a gift so all that is left there is to show up.
Matt is suppose to detail my car tomorrow, I am really excited about that. My car needs some TLC as of late.
