Post convention backslide over. Really enjoyed the week of lush showers and products. Had fun with the sugary sodas. Now I'm ready to make the switch to time release guai and drop the other stuff again. I felt good most of today with the exception of runny nose from hell. About an hour ago started getting dizzy like I did Friday befoe last. Called pharmacist to make sure it was ok to take my anti dizzy pills with muscinex d. It is. Now my eyes won't stop watering, I have thick yellow mucus running down my throat and my throat is sore from the post nasal drip. At least the anti-dizzy meds are beginning to work. I'm also glad that I noticed the severe virtigo before I overdid it and made myslf throw up again.
