Convention is over. Had wierd ear issues. Left ear kept getting a multiple tone ringing that made it very hard to hear people. Found a dual nap schedual worked to keep my energy up. Napped for 1.5 to 3 hours in the afternoons and deep nights. Broke down and had some dolmas (mint) on Saturday. Used caffine on load in day, Saturday (heavy traffic day) and load out on Monday. Overdid physical work on load out and now muscles are stiffening up as well as starting up pain again. Could be diet cheats but not sure.
