"I wasn't going to, honestly. I figured I'd at least get up to read or something in the middle there. Beds are so boring when sick."

"They are indeed," he said instead. "When sick, at least. Though Q probably already has plans to lay on your hair."

"I'm tired, I suppose," he said after a moment. "The problems haven't really stopped." Which was as close to openly worrying about it as Elisha allowed himself to get. Projecting calm had been job number one. The reappearance of Israeli colleagues while Hadyn had been in Paris hadn't exactly made sleep easier, either.

"You'll be sick next, if you worry about it non-stop." Hadyn offered as he stood again and moved toward Elisha. "You could come to bed with me..."
