[OTA] let's get down to business
Between getting reports on how the HR department is doing under Karin's supervision, making sure rehearsals of the Clubs caroling party go as planned, giving Eileen her daily tutelage in music, and handling all the other things expected of a Jack, Elani can add something else to the list...
...trying to figure out what the hell has happened that no one can leave. So she's waiting for assistance in the form of her brother, but she's also sent notes to all of the former Arcana-ambassadors that if they have time to spare to come speak with her. She plans on going to see the Royals who were directly involved with the Magician's failed attempt to manhandle the Deck back into the Arcana personally.
And then there's walks with Cordelia, fitting in something to eat here and there, getting some sleep. And if she's very lucky, maybe even getting more than a glimpse of friends and family in a non-work-related capacity.
[ooc: basically, the work is piling up. If you were an ambassador to the Arcana, please assume you got a note and have come to see what Elani wants to talk about.
