Chicago had been grand; so much food, a lot of family time that surprisingly wasn't laced with cold expressions and frowns, shopping (he had to get a whole new suitcase to bring home the clothing Audrey and Aunt Debbie had simply insisted he needed), yet more food, and then the countless presents. However grand Chicago had been though, coming home to the Deck was a bit like crawling into an old, familiar bed.
Hadyn had unpacked, showered, changed, vaguely considering actually crawling into to bed all before sighing and figuring it best to let his presence be known to Henry- a man who had been spitting fire at him over the phone and computer for the last week. He was, after all, missing most of the rehearsals. (And he was the lead.) At this rate he wasn't sure if he'd be surprised to come back and find he'd been replaced as lead by Gaston or well anyone else.
Still, he wasn't in a rush to get back to the theatre and probably not escape till morning. There were people to chat with long before that. People to bring gifts to, to tell about Chicago, to hear news from. Was bound to be a busy day.
