To say that Julien is displeased could be considered something of an understatement.
He once promised David that if the man became a liability to the Suit he would take action against him. Because everything Julien is a Spades-man, through and through. All for the good of the Suit.
And David is a liability. That much is becoming ever more obvious as the days pass.
While he's unlikely to voice these concerns to more than, perhaps, two people, he can still be found brooding out of the Castle, mechanically shooting arrows at targets on the practice field. Thinking more about what must be done than his current exercise.
Doesn't seem to throw his aim off too much.
