St. David is the patron saint of Wales and today is St. David's Day Dydd Gŵyl Dewi. Dafydd is celebrating it properly by making Welsh rarebit, a savory cheese sauce over rye toast. You should have some, or just stare while he forgets to speak English on occasion.
He's probably in Club Castle, but in his madness he may have gone wandering with plates of baked Welsh rarebit to share with everyone.
