I should be working on my whoverse_las entry (procrastination is a beautiful thing...)

Via apple_pathways,
rewindclunkplayprofessor_spork:

Write a poem by putting your itunes/mp3 player/whatever you listen to music on shuffle and writing down the first line from the first 20 songs that pop up. Use the first line from the 21st song as a title. For bonus points, try and guess the songs!

Like professor_spork, I added line breaks and punctuation, but the lyrics remain completely intact.

Running Down to Central Reservation In Last Night’s Red Dress

You, to me, are sweet as roses in the morning.
(I follow the night.)

When I’m feeling blue,
I receive your signal down, so you see I’ve found you out.

Wait till you see him, see how he looks

In the bleak midwinter, frosty wind made moan…
We kiss in a shadow, we hide from the moon.
A bottle of white, bottle of red…
      Walking, stumbling, on these shadowfeet.
(O holy night! the stars are brightly shining.)

The lady comes to the gate:
"Does the light of passion still burn bright?
Sometimes you think you’ve lived before…"

You’re beautiful, that’s for sure.
(I would do anything, to stay by Your side…)
Mona Lisa, Mona Lisa, men have named you.

And if she should tell you "come closer,"
      Swing low, sweet chariot.

"Good morning sun,"  I say, "it’s good to see you shinin’.
All my bags are packed, I’m ready to go."
