My best purchase this week was a metallic pink kazoo for 75p. So far this evening I have played ukulele/kazoo renditions of:

How did I go this long without a kazoo in my life?
EDIT: Apparently I was overenthusiastic and broke the resonator. I ordered a nice (£2.20) metal kazoo with a threaded cap for "easy tuning and replacement of the resonator." It's amazing, the things the internet can teach you. I now know more about the kazoo than I ever dreamed possible.
