This fic is especially intriguing in its exploration of House and Wilson's flaws. House here is every bit the angry bastard we've seen throughout the series; Wilson here is every bit the coward House accused him of being in Family.

It's definitely angst/character exploration with a side of smut. (If you want smut with a side of character, try karaokegal's The First Lie, which provides another explanation for where Wilson was during the infarction.)
