Summary: One of House's remarks brings back a memory for Chase.

It's one of House's off-hand remarks, batted out during the differential diagnosis: "Is it a coincidence that your sister has great hair?"
He does that sometimes, slinging out a zinger to see what happens, to get a rise out of someone, as his own personal form of a fishing expedition. They all have their ways of dealing with it -- Foreman with hot denials, Cameron with hints that House will have to come closer to find out what he wants to know.
Chase ignores House. He's learned not to react. He hasn't learned not to remember.
