New toy
I bought one of these a few weeks ago when I was walking around Linens and Things. I'm not entirely sure why I bought it. It's small and fits in my kitchen. It wasn't that expensive. I wanted a new toy.
My new favorite gadget
Whatever the reason, I must say, it has quickly become one of my favorites. I've used it at least once a week since I purchased it. I've used it in place of my blender and my spice grinder. It emulsifies anything! I practically made mayo out of garlic and olive oil.
