This idea came to me, but I'm more curious to see what other people do with it, so...
Pairing: Any, but bonus points if one of the three parties involved is someone other than House, Wilson and/or Cameron.
Suggested Genre: I'm thinking humor, but hey, if you want to make it an angsty deathfic, that's OK too.
Summary: Someone yells out the wrong name during sex; hilarity ensues. Does not necessarily have to be an NC-17 fic, of course; this could simply be referenced after the fact.
