Name: Nicole
Age (no one under 13, House rules): 23
Location: I would normally say the trunk of House's mysterious Corvette/Reliant K but for now I'll just say Detroit.
Occupation: Future forensic pathologist if this hole we're in ever gets dug up.
Likes: Fairness, even if no one else cares. Reading. Writing. Nintendo DS and Wii, which I did not expect. Unpopular fictional characters -- except those in 'irredeemably evil category/criminally insane' like Vogler, Shitter, and Colleen from nip/tuck. *shudders* Puzzles. Several Adult Swim shows. Television and movies that barely anyone else watches so they can't ruin it for me.
Dislikes: Pretty much anything negative that ends in an 'ism'. I fail to see the point. I'm all too happy to fail in that regard.

House Related Questions
Who is your favorite character and why? House and Chase because they're both such injured souls, but Chase has learned to live with the fact that others can see him as such, whereas House was taught that to let that happen would be equivalent to dying, which -- in turn -- he is not afraid of. He's faced death. He has not faced the knowledge that others know he's human and should like him anyway.
Do you have a favorite episode? Care to Share? 'Three Stories', 'Daddy's Boy', 'Lines in the Sand', 'House's Head/Wilson's Heart', 'Birthmarks' -- though I'm not sure why for those last three. My heart still hurts.
Do you have a favorite quote and/or snark? Wanna tell us? The Circle-Queen speech from 'Lines in the Sand', House's father's eulogy, despite the what the @#%^ factor of the entire situation.
Do you have a favorite House accessory? The canes, of course!
If you were sick, would you want House as a doctor? Yes, unequivocally. And if I couldn't have him, I'd take Chase. *nods*
Which character do you identify with most? This can include a patient. House and Chase. It's that tiny bit of insecurity they can't seem to shake off. I struggle with that because I don't think about those things normally but when someone forces me to, I begin to agonize over why it's even necessary.
Most importantly, what is your non-House favorite quote? CRITICS WHO TREAT 'ADULT' AS A TERM OF APPROVAL, INSTEAD OF AS A MERELY DESCRIPTIVE TERM, CANNOT BE ADULTS THEMSELVES. TO BE CONCERNED ABOUT BEING GROWN UP, TO ADMIRE THE GROWN UP BECAUSE IT IS GROWN UP, TO BLUSH AT THE SUSPICION OF BEING CHILDISH; THESE THINGS ARE THE MARKS OF CHILDHOOD AND ADOLESCENCE....WHEN I WAS TEN, I READ FAIRYTALES IN SECRET AND WOULD HAVE BEEN ASHAMED IF I HAD BEEN FOUND DOING SO. NOW THAT I AM FIFTY I READ THEM OPENLY. WHEN I BECAME A MAN, I PUT AWAY CHILDISH THINGS, INCLUDING THE FEAR OF CHILDISHNESS AND THE DESIRE TO BE VERY GROWN UP.” - C.S. LEWIS
