What's so fascinating about House and Stacy?
I talked about this to
silvia_duchessa yesterday and I would like to know what you think about it.
The first thing I have to say that I'm totally huddy. I like this pairing, they're great and funny and just lovely... BUT I will never love them as much as I love House and Stacy.
At first I was a little unsure how the whole thing might end up when Stacy appeared, but with every moment she was there, I love her even more. I love Stacy as person and I love how she uses everyone's first name. It's not just Wilson, House and Cuddy. They're Lisa, Greg and James and I love that.
I know a lot of people hate how House changes when Stacy is around but this is especially what I love. I love the way he behaves when he's with Stacy. It's so different but I like it.
I love the way he talks to her and although he likes to tease her, she keeps up with him.
With Stacy, he lets down his banters. He also might do this with Cuddy but in a different way. I think there's something magical between the two of them, something that will never be there with House and cuddy.
When I saw them together on screen the first time, I was like "Awwww...." and that never faded. I still have that feeling when I think of them.
Could you imagine him giving Cuddy TEH smile?! Nothing against Cuddy here, don't get me wrong , I love her but what I mean is that HE would probably never do this. The way he smiles at Stacy at the attic or in the terminal, the way he kisses her in the hotel room. It's the same when they lay in his bed. There are no stupid comments, no mocking around, it's just lovely.
Okay, I'm a hopeless romantic. Of course I love that. I have to admit that I watched the end of 2x11 'Need to know' only once. In some way, I suspected what's about to happen and it was the first and the last time I watched the last scene. It breaks my heart more then it probably broke Stacy's every time I would watch it...
I also love the fact that he talks about Stacy when the patient asks him if he ever really loved someone. Stacy told he that he was the one, I'd dare to say that she's also the only one for him - no matter what's going on with Cuddy, you know?!
