In hindsight it's obvious from Wilson's brief scenes that he is preoccupied with something else - it's not like House not to pick that up (considering this is the same guy who diagnoses what's going on from Wilson from the colour of his tie, or that he's not wearing a coat) but Wilson has kept stuff from him before (Amber and Danny).
It's interesting that Dominika draws the line at House keeping the news from immigration from her - considering some of the other things he's pulled while he's been with her. I guess she saw just how screwed up he really was.
In case anyone has forgotten - this is the episode where the young patient levitates for no obvious reason and a religious ceremony is performed on him to cure him - and it's left open whether the cure was achieved by a course of ibuprofen or the religious ceremony. Maybe someone should have called Grandfther in to cure Wilson as well...

It was pretty obvious that something was up, especially that scene where he was just sitting at his desk in his lab coat. And yes, it doesn't really seem like House to miss that -- I chalked it up to House being wrapped up in his Dominika situation.
I'm glad Dominika drew the line here. I guess she has a degree of mental health that the other characters lack.
