For those who may have been wondering, yes... it was Varrco The Barbarian Ranger who slayed The Kringle. This is why he was gone for so long. The journey to The Northlands was long and treacherous, but Varrco knew that the jolly fat-man would be at his most vulnerable during the winter months. He had to strike while The Kringle was away, and he had to strike HARD. It should take The Kringle at least another year to rebuild his empire.
