back from Dolpa NY2
Recovering from Dolpa NY. I wasn't interested in purchasing Masha and none of the one-offs attempted to make off with my wallet (luckily, I had a close call with that School C!), but I did come home with an SD13 boy kimono, two Sweet Dream A heads, and most notably an award from Mr. Enku for my customize contest entry. I'm planning to try to do a decent photoshoot of it tomorrow, but for now here is the one photo I took at the event.
I'll post up more about it with proper photos later, but it was based on "The Nightingale". Because I'm a weirdo I attempted to do Chinese steampunk, which I'm pretty sure doesn't even exist . . . well, I guess it does now? o_O; (I wanted Dee to have goggles SO BAD but I couldn't come up with a design for imperial goggles.)
As for the Sweet Dream As . . . one will be getting sold, I have to decide how (I'd sort of like to sell it with a faceup, but I dunno). The other . . . I really wasn't planning to keep it but . . . he stole Stellan's body today and I wound up taking photos of him even though the faceup I did in the class sucks, rofl. I think I will repaint him tomorrow and see how I feel about him then. >_o Floating head ahoy! x_x
