Susan is feeling much better. She sits in the living room, bundled in a robe and covered in blankets.
She's reading a book of love poems and is in a cheerful mood.
No one's told her about Jadis yet. Her family was waiting till she felt better.

"How is Caspian? I can't believe I've been sick for so long."

"He's quite well, I think."

"He's well. Rilian's here, if you didn't know, and I think that's been a great deal of help--and enjoyment, of course--for him."

Lucy clears her throat, a bit, turning another page. "And you are feeling better, then?"
