I'm with jhsc22. I don't think it'll be anything related to Stacy, because she's ancient history. Besides, Cuddy is the one that House has wanted for (depending on your point of view) between 6 and 20+ years, and that counts for a lot. He got off Vicodin partly because of her, and he didn't even think about thinking about getting off Vicodin when Stacy came back into his life; enough said. As for John House, the way I see that is that the old man is dead, he's not really House's father, the damage is done, and he's not thinking about that anymore because he doesn't have to see the old bastard. Also, House has been really busy with a lot of other, much more important things since John died, so not that I don't think John is an issue, but I think unless something very specific happens to trigger those memories again, they're locked in a box and House isn't going to open that box unless something makes him.
Sexual dysfunction? Nope, not happening with these two.
I agree--they can get through most anything, and I think even potential emotional landmines in the form of their individual feelings of doubt, self-worth, and, in House's case, truly being deserving of Cuddy's love, will pop up from time to time, but that they can work through those things together.
