No, no, NO, I actually do not see AT ALL why you wouldn't spam the entire world with this. And this particular passage is one of the most erotically tender and astute things I've ever read in any Huddy fic, ever:

There's something holding back his breath, too, something sacred about this moment that has to do with things he avoids: vulnerability, honesty, plain and infinite desire. In his head he circumvents it all as best he can, but his body understands viscerally that these things are privileges and receives them openly, whole-heartedly, gratefully. His arms are around her; he grips her and holds her and shivers with her.

My only (tiny) criticism is that I have trouble getting an exact picture of their body positions - you may want to give a little less detail, actually, and let readers use their imaginations ;) But they're obviously all steamy and pretzely, and your description of the action is otherwise perfect. And oh yeah, hot.
