'House' Fan Columnist: Lisa Edelstein Talks Career, Huddy, and Season Seven Monday evening, in lieu of mourning the end of season six's House, I was privileged enough to be able to attend a Screen Actors Guild (SAG) event starring our favorite dean of medicine, Lisa Edelstein. The venue was small and intimate, and besides getting hit on by an ( Read more... )

This is great. I'd really like to see a more in-depth interview with LE about the last scene of "Help Me" that's more detailed than what we already know (LE and HL were the only ones with the script, no one else knew, etc.). Basically I'd like to here more about Lisa's take on where she sees things heading.

"Love affair," LOVE IT!

well, she did say that the producers told her that she would love it (but what does that mean, really, because she could love playing a psychopath! according to her), and that she thinks it'll be really fucked up and angry and she can't wait. i think she said angry. my heart was palpitating because i was so close to her, she might have said something different. :D

That's awesome that you were there. Yes, I'd go for angry. Lots of yelling and screaming and then hot make-up sex. I wouldn't mind that. ;)

Aw, man.

I mean, yeah, okay, angry is interesting. And there *should* be some anger, absolutely.

But - and this is canon - House gets schmoopy when he's in love. Hello, let's revisit the Stacy arc just to check.

I NEED TO SEE THE SCHMOOPY. At least some of it.

I mean honestly. I want to see a scene where she's yelling at him about something work-related, like skipping out on clinic again, and he's just looking at her with puppy-eyes until she breaks, because she can't do anything with him, he's so besotted.

Actually, what I really need to see is the *fierceness* in their relationship. Because that's what it's made of. But it goes both ways. Fierce can turn to anger, or devotion and protection. It won't make sense to me unless we see it all.
