Rules for this Challenge:
DUE DATE: Monday, February 16th 23rd @ 10:00PM (EASTERN).
-Blending is allowed, as is animation.
-You may use brushes and text is allowed.
-You are allowed up to 3 entries for this challenge.
-You must make a new icon for this challenge--you can't use an old icon you've made before.
-Do not post your entry anywhere until the results have been posted.
-YOU MUST BE A MEMBER TO PARTICIPATE. You can join on the community info page.
-Icons must fit LJ size standards--under 40 kb, and 100x100 pixels.
-If you have any questions, leave a separate comment from your icontest entry, so I can unscreen the comment and then answer your question.
