"We're one zat gun short of actually having a zat."

Today was fun, but lacking any sort of focus. Definently not a day for academic endeavors. Spent most of the day talking to people, which is always good. Marissa and I have decided to be partners for that massive history project that Winrow assigned. We're studying the ever interesting topic of the Cold War. I was going to work with Michelle, but I have sense decided that she is entirely to wishy washy, and I wouldn't get *anything* done.

We finalized our schedules today, I'm taking two advanced placement classes. Woo, college credit for me. *does the Snoopy* Anyway, I've heard they put out mass amounts of homework. I'm gonna love being a junior.

Last weekend was fun, I went to see Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind on Saturday and it was really good. I need an icon from it, I just don't know where to get one. I also did a little babysitting for Gramma's friends grandkids. Wow, they were tyrants. Cute, but tyrants. Visited Quintine yesterday, and props to her for being the coolest freshman ever. I mentioned Loki, and she *knew* who I was talking about. (Loki Loki, not Stargate Loki)

Karen invited me to her birthday party this Saturday. Something called a "bear hug" party...I'm guessing it involves hugging? Physical contact? *grins* I get less of that than anyone could imagine.

Oh, and for you amusement:

P.S. This black kid came up today and asked me if I knew where he could get laid. I laughed and laughed.
