(no subject)
At my MIL's house on Keuka Lake in upstate NY. She either doesn't have AC or doesn't want to run it. John, the dogs (Spart and Hen) and I are sleeping in the kids' room because he's too long to sleep in a bed with a footboard.
I turned on the ceiling fan and opened all of the windows over an hour ago. It's still too hot for any clothes or blankets. I'm just as glad we are in the kids' room, in this heat I'd rather sleep by myself in a twin bed than with him in a full.
Oh, and the battery on my iPod has apparently gone belly up. So I'm stuck with just my iPhone for listening to books on tape. That's OK, because there's 6 gigs of memory on my phone and that's enough to last through the weekend, but it isn't as nice as the 80 gigs on my iPod.
Word of warning, I'm using earphones which don't have a microphone, so if you call me and I don't remember, I'm very likely to answer and not be able to talk to you.
