After the good talk with Hope, Billie stays in her seat, drinking more coffee. She's pretty cold, and assumes Casey must be as well so she lays the blanket over him. She vows to go home as soon as she finishes her coffee, and looks up to see the poster she'd looked at earlier ( Read more... )

"Well, welcome back. I'll hope to see you soon you hear?" he gave her a smile then turned back to Morgan.

"I'll do whatever I can, Morgan. We're working very hard on finding your son." He touched her shoulder gently.

"Thanks..Lieutenant Brady." She tried to smile back but it wasn't very convincing. "But you believe me right? That Dean did this?"

Roman nodded. "I think it's a very big possibility. Look, I've got a meeting to run to. You take care and I'll get in touch with you as soon as I can. And if you have any other information or questions you know where to reach me."

Morgan nodded sullenly.

"Alright. Have a nice day, both of you." He nodded and smiled again at Billie and then walked away.

Billie shifted her weight back and forth, wondering if she should also tell Morgan goodbye and be on her way.

Morgan kicked at a nearby bench and then slammed down into it, folding her arms. "I'm just so frustrated! How do people handle this!?"

Billie debated for just a second, before deciding to gently sit next to her. "It must be very hard for you. Not only are you so young but now you've got a baby missing too."

Morgan shrugged. "I'm sorry...I know you only just returned back to Salem so you must not know what all is involved here. But Chelsea said you've been tormented for Dean for so long...so I'm sure you can understand where I'm coming from."

Billie smiled gently. "I've pretty much been caught up to everything, sweetie. Chelsea is right. Dean has really messed with my life for a long time. So I definitely understand. Actually, I think you and I have a lot in common."

Morgan nodded slowly. "Oh I see. But you weren't...." Morgan held her breath for a moment. "You know...raped." she said the word quietly. "Were you?"

"Oh no, Chelsea wasn't created that way. I realize that being raped and a baby being created from that must be extremely difficult though. I'm so sorry you had to endure that. I can tell you though, I have been raped. I know how demeaning it is, and how traumatizing." Billie rubbed her shoulder softly.
