Summer Plans
I'll be flying back to Maryland for a few days at the end of May. Allison is going to be picking up a car in Pennsylvania and then we are going to drive it back to Portland. Anyone have good suggestions for pretty national parks to stop in? I hear Zion national park is beautiful.
I'll be back in Portland for a few days and then I'm off to Houston. I got a sweet internship at the Rice Quantum Institute. I'll be working with the ultracold atomic physics group. They make things very very cold and see what kind of cool things happen. I'm not sure how great Houston i the summer will be but at least I will have something entertaining to occupy myself with. I should be back in Portland on the 11th.
So, yes. That is what I'm doing this summer. I hope I get to see people more, I've been too much of a recluse this past year.
