It looks like a good buy to me, its even the same colour as Tara King's from "The Avengers."

Are you going to drive it before you convert it?

The engine is probably siezed, so probably not. No doubt the brakes and many more things need to be gone through too before it will run.

Do you mean Emma Peel? She drove a Lotus Elan, not a Europa.
They look a lot alike from the front but totally different from the back.
Elan was a front-engine roadster, Europa is a rear-mid-engine fixed head coupe.
