when someone other than yourself loses their life, or the life of someone close to them, it makes you appreciate your own life more.
but when you almost lose your own life, or the life of someone whom you would consider your own, it makes you appreciate everyone and everything else around you.
I almost lost my baby brother today to a car
its hard having to sit and wait
its hard wanting to do something but all you can do is sit and watch
because there is nothing you can do but pray
but how can someone who has no faith pray?
it comes quickly when thats all you have left to turn to
