Well I haven't been able to post in a while because we were having difficulty... again.. with the computer, so here I am now! JJ is doing great in school this year. His teacher says she has no problem from him at all. He is getting really good grades this year and he actually likes going to this school. So things are well for him. Zabrina is in school (K) this year and loves every minute of it. Jack is still doing construction... making decent $$. He's already had 2 raises since he started in April and his boss has discussed the idea of Jack being a foreman of a 3 man crew with the "big giant head". LOL Cracker Barrell is still the same for me.... we're starting to finally pick up some business, which is really helping the (empty) pockets. I've started training with the head store trainer and the new trainees doing orientation and such. The head trainer (known to me as the "ETC") is going on vacation starting tomorrow and I'm going to be doing all of the welcoming and training for all the newbies that come in next week. I'm excited and kind of nervous at the same time, but I know I'll do ok.
I had a kick-ass Halloween party last Friday night. It's great- people at work are still talking about how much fun they had that night. They're also already asking me if I'm going to have a New Year's party, too. I just laugh at them and tell them I think we should have it at somebody else's house this time! (That way I don't have to spend all the money and do all the cleaning, lol.) I'm kind of looking forward to seeing where this next big party is gonna be.Well I'm gonna go hit the shower before I gotta get JJ up for school. Have a happy, sun-shiney day!
