Can i just say that i just ran a mile and a half...n now i am dead. Whoever invented running should be shot. i did improve though. it took me 20 minutes and 20 seconds the first time...and this time it only took me 19 minutes and 30 seconds. i knocked off my time by a whole 50 seconds. So when i tell people that i improved by 50 seconds they look

hey, you improved- that's good. i did just the opposite- i added 50 seconds! IT'S BECAUSE I'M A SMOKER ISN'T IT.
