So Last week was a write off on the whole diet thing.. seems as if thats the way it always is on trips delt with stress , besides that , Ive been Drinking Mostly Orange Juice, Eating Rice Cakes , Yogurt , Hop 2 Go bars to substitute Regular Bars. Gotta Start Getting a Little Bit More Serious About It .. If anyone has any tips that will help eating habits itd be great to hear

Last time i got weighted I was at 150 Which was 10 pounds lighter then i expected to be
