There are a few things that are definitive about Michael Flint. One of those things? He loves his grandchildren. He will do almost anything for his grandchildren. So when Chris and Theo invited Aiden’s boyfriend over and they told Michael he had to be nice, he agreed. He loves Aiden and wants Aiden to be happy and so he will not drive his boyfriend away. He’ll give the kid a chance.
Apparently when Michael stares it can come across as intimidating. Does that mean he can’t make eye contact? He’s not sure.
That’s why Michael is mostly staring at his drink and nodding at the conversation round him.
