Timeline: Right after she finds out that they (Reno, Rude and her) have failed their mission to save the Subjects: Zack Fair and Cloud Strife

Affiliation: Rocket grunt, much to her disdain and my general amusement
Personality: Cissnei, at first glance, seems like a cold yet beautiful killing machine of the ShinRa Electrical Company and unless you truly got to know her, you would think it to be the truth. When it comes to her job, she is rather straight forward and ruthless carrying out her missions to the best of her ability as efficiently as possible. In a profession ruled by men, she's learned to be tough and can take a punch/stab/shot/kick just as well as anyone else in her field. Although she is highly skilled the boys still try to protect her which in most cases ticks her off just a bit, particularly when they remind her that she is the baby of the Turks.
While Cissnei is tough and does a good job at keeping her emotions to herself, she is one of the few in her profession who show any type of remorse for what she has done after missions. In all actuality Cissnei, is a very warm-hearted young woman, who when around her colleagues has a tendency to dote over some of them in a motherly fashion, that some would call her out on as just being plain “bossy”. To Cissnei the Turks are the closest thing to a family she's ever known and she treats them as such, letting her guard down around the ones she trusts.
Cissnei also has a flirtatious playful side that due to her work, isn't let out often. In turn she isn't that good at letting out her feminine side, getting flustered when out of her sexless uniform and wearing more showy things. Cissnei holds some hidden resentment for ShinRa, even though on the outside she seems like ever the loyal employee accepting all assignments with a smile. Cissnei secretly longs for freedom and blames ShinRa for the fact that she could never be a normal woman, allowed to live and fall in love without blood staining her hands.

an excellent hacker, she can crack the toughest codes
a hard worker
a good fighter
can pick locks
Weaknesses:
she isn't the best with personal relationships, given the nature of her work
she has a soft spot for a certain SOLDIER which for him, she would forsake everything she's ever known to protect and see his smile
She has a silent jealousy streak, you can't really pick up on it unless you pay very close attention
Oh and head canon says she is a horrible cook. Literally banned from Shin-Ra's kitchens.
