Sarcasm, I've found, can come across well on the Internet -- depending on how you present the sarcasm. However, I am debating on assigning you laps for your comment, Inui. :|

I've already been running three times as much as recommended on the training schedules I wrote up for the team. In fact, according to my data, only Kaidoh runs more frequently than I do. And Kaidoh is an exception to most rules regarding training.
