Prosecution Evidence
• Police Report - written by Officer Payton Tran - states that Officer Tran and officer smith noticed the perpetrator running from the scene and demanded him to “freeze” after officer smith fired a warning shot he then proceeded to shoot the perpetrator Nicky Blanc. While Nicky lay on the floor dying he stated “Morgan, Morgan I think I’m dying no more bear hunting”. The officers discovered a hunting rifle on nick Blanc’s person with the letters Brunetti on it. A witness Jordan Johnson and stated that he overheard Blanc and Brunetti discussing the shooting the previous night. While searching brunettis apartment the officers discovered 3 guns with an empty slot for a hunting rifle, ammunition, paper from Salem Cove firing range, combat videos, and a drawing of a person holding a gun stepping on a bear with the initials J.P. after dusting the murder weapon for prints the officers discovered both Blanc’s and Brunetti’s finger prints were present. Only Brunetti’s prints were on the 2 used shells and 3 bullets that were left over. They then arrested Brunetti and charged him with conspiracy to commit murder, murder, and aggravated assault.

• Wrights Prior Convictions - bad checks/false pretenses did not serve jail time, paid a fine of $597.00. may be used for false testimony.
• Photo Of Hunting Rifle with Clip - murder weapon is shown with the dimensions of the rifle and bullets both fired and unfired rounds Brunetti inscribed in the butt of the rifle - proves the ownership of the rifle.
