looking up
It's been a beautiful day...the fresh breath of spring, clean air, and adequate sunlight are bringing me to my senses; maybe it's not such a bad existence after all. The winter has been harsh: I've been unemployed, broke, and immobile. Today Scott and I actually went outside. We actually went on a walk, just like the good old days.
My band's going to record this weekend, finally. I'm so excited about the possibilities of it. It's about time we get our songs out in that format. We also have three shows coming up in March. I couldn't be happier.
Scott's band sounded awesome last night. It's the first time they've played in months and the garage crackled with a manic electricity. I'm really happy for them too.
So here's to things looking up.
