today was okay. first day off after 6 straight days of work. i haven't worked 6 days in a row in a while, i don't think. so today couldn't have come soon enough. slept in til 11. that was the thing i looked forward to most, after getting up at 6 or 7 all week. blech. not a morning lover at all... tons of bills this month, though, so i had to :[
i made a purse today out of some old corduroys i don't wear anymore. it's really rad. i even used the pockets :D after that we went and did laundry and then went to the galleria so that nathan could exchange some pants i got him for another size. i finally got that peacoat i wanted, and it's a good thing i waited because it was on clearance and i got it for ONLY $29!!! i almost died. so i used the money i would have spent (the coat was supposed to be $60) to buy a skirt and 2 pairs of flip flops at old navy. :] yaaaaaaay. i think i have a spending problem :[ lol...
other than that, not much has been going on. i have to start organizing my stuff so that we can switch rooms. i made shower drapes for the bathroom and a few other things. i still have to get that little desk too. thank goodness my biiiig bed will fit in that room. i think i would die without it. a twin is seriously too small for me now. it feels like a little baby bed, hehe.
i'm thinking it's time for me to find a new job. this one i have now is serioulsy biting the big one. gary keeps changing my hours and having me come in earlier and earlier, and as i already said, i HATE early mornings, especially when there isn't really anything for me to do. he is dumb. i got a hint on a job, but i'm not going to tell about it on here til i call, i don't want anyone to steal it from under me :P but i'll let you know how it turns out. i hope i get it cause i seriously need to get out of Main Street. NOW!! if anyone wants the job i have now, you can take it! ha.
